The organizations being honored that evening include: Ocean County Volunteers for the Blind, the Katzenbach School for the Deaf, The Brick Dare Program, Canine Hearing Companions, and the New Jersey Eyeglass Recycling Center.Since the club's chartering in 1948, its members have worked on a variety of projects in the local community, such as eyeglass recycling and providing eye exams and glasses for the needy.
